of porcelain, mirrors, and unbeating flesh
...this game is still rough and unpolished! it's not our full and complete submission and we'll definitely be tying up some loose ends for a day or two!
hey, we can't live like this. you know that, right?
wanted by all and cherished by none, aria is the perfect pretty girl. with only a doll to the list of loved ones, aria sets out to right the wrongs of the flesh. a life of porcelain is hollow, it seems.
this is a kinetic novel made for the qgjam about escaping prisons and finding oneself...in whatever way possible.
this game involves horror elements, so please tread carefully. a full list of trigger warnings can be found under the team's socials.

just wanted to say, the artwork for this is BEAUTIFUL!!!! <3
Thank you so much! <3
This was beautiful! There were so many poetic depictions of the situation, and "A silhouette of expectations" was easily my favorite, especially with the follow-up mention of it all being like a blanket. I felt so much empathy for aria, for the expectations put upon her, for the demands she feels from every direction... for the way everyone thinks she has it so great, and yet she can't even imagine it.
And from the other comments, it sounds like I need to play this again with the audio turned on!
